Where to find your tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email your tracking number to the address you used at checkout. Orders are prepared, quality checked and packed within 1 to 3 business days, so your shipping email usually arrives within a few days of ordering. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder.
How long delivery takes
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days, or about 7 to 13 business days in total from the day you order. Tracking can take a few days to show its first update after it ships, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.
Order status in your account
If you have an account with us, you can sign in to see your orders and their status.
